TableNest is a booking platform priced from $19 USD per month with no per-cover fees, no contracts and a feature suite covering bookings, floor plan, events, deposits and vouchers. Tablein is a European-built booking platform with similar entry-tier pricing but lacks native Square POS, Xero invoicing, and the in-platform gift voucher sales that TableNest includes on Business and Pro.
Tablein's published integration list does not include native Square POS or Xero. TableNest ships both — a two-way Square POS sync and Xero invoicing that auto-creates contacts and invoices from confirmed bookings, both on the Business plan and up. For venues already running Square at the till and Xero for accounting, this avoids a third-party connector subscription.
Yes. TableNest's CSV import accepts the standard customer and upcoming-booking export format from Tablein. The import maps name, email, phone, visit count and notes; duplicate detection runs on email and phone before any rows are created. Booking widget swap is a single embed-code line on the venue website.
TableNest is available in Australia, the US and Canada, with pricing in each market's local currency. Venues in the UK and NZ can also sign up; SMS confirmations route through Twilio for those numbers.
