Yes. Export customer and upcoming-booking CSVs from Now Book It and use TableNest's CSV import to map name, email, phone, visit count, notes and dietary preferences. The import takes about two minutes and runs duplicate detection. The booking widget embed code is a single line of HTML, so the website swap is roughly five minutes plus your usual deploy.

Now Book It's published feature list does not include Square POS integration as standard. TableNest ships a true two-way Square POS sync on the Business plan and up — confirmed bookings flow into Square as customer records and tickets, and Square spend flows back into TableNest's CRM so the floor sees what guests ordered last visit. No connector fee, no add-on subscription.

TableNest is built for the broader Australian hospitality market — restaurants, cafes, bars, cellar doors, breweries and salons. Vertical templates pre-fill opening hours, event types, deposit defaults and run-sheet layout for each venue type.
