The Square POS sync, the Xero invoicing sync, and deposits on Stripe or Square are included on the Business plan and up — at no additional cost on those tiers. There are no connector fees, no API key set-up, and no developer required to enable any of them. Connect from the dashboard in roughly three minutes per integration.

Square POS booking

Two-way sync. Confirmed bookings create Square customers + draft tickets; payments flow back into the TableNest CRM.

Xero invoicing

Deposits, gift vouchers, and event prepayments post to Xero as paid invoices automatically. Cancellations create clean credit notes.
