Every plan includes 240 / 720 / 1200 / 2400 SMS messages per month by tier (covering booking confirmations and 24-hour reminders; 2-hour reminders add on Pro and Pro+), the embeddable booking widget, and a printable run sheet — no separate SMS surcharge tier, no per-message top-up forced on the venue at signup; Square POS integration, Xero invoicing and deposits on Stripe or Square are included from the Business tier up. SMS reminders typically reduce no-show rates from 15–20% to under 5%, recovering one to three covers per service that were otherwise paid for in food prep but never arrived.
